Did anyone see the reporter interview a man who said there was no water coming over the levee at 17th Street Canal until a barge hit it? The reporter ask if the wind blew it or if someone was guiding it?
Where is the barge???

The breach that has a barge nearby (and it is nearby) is not the 17th Street Levee, it is the Industrial Canal or something like that.

I think the barge is still sitting in the canal. I saw a picture posted on a blog elseweher, just can't remember where. Maybe Metroblog NO.
