Just heard on FOX by Shep Smith that the Red Cross was prevented from bringing in relief supplies by the Louisiana State Homeland Security because otherwise the people might not want to be evacuated. Unbelievable! It IS time to begin a criminal investigation!

Very interesting article. And what they did not mention and might have changed things was the lack of older members of families taking charge and keeping their kids from looting. In fact, I saw older looters.
Is the State Homeland Security an agency of the feds or the state. And who gives them direction?
