I never read anywhere else but FOX that Gov. Blanco 'refused' to allow food and water to be provided. Why would she do this?
Because she/( the LA Dept of HS, didn't want the
"Stadium to become a magnet for other residents,
when it beacme known there was food and water
there.", They wanted the survivors to leave the
stadium to leave and leave the city.
