These are the EXCUSES and RATIONALIZATIONS they are making for why they blocked aid. But none of it holds up. The only reason they blocked aid was to blame Bush and accuse him of WITHHOLDING aid to black people.

What we're witnessing, people, is an attempted political assassination -- not by a bullet, but by a complete set-up followed by a cacophony of lies and slander -- concocted by the Democrat Party and the MSM in complete collusion, and carried out hand-in-hand by same.
