YES.....knowing fair well there was NO FOOD..(hence bring food for three days)..NO WATER...NO COTS....and NO SECURITY.

on the 28th, I heard on one of the news services that the LA National Guard was supposed to be supplying the SD a large quantity of MREs, but I don't know if they got there before the storm hit. They also told people (people who were walking and being bussed) that they should bring 5 days of food with them.
