If this guy is the in charge of HLS in LA why isn't he in chains now.
I don't know if he has screwed up anything but if blame were to be affixed wouldn't you think this guy would have to answer some questions before anyone?
BTW, he isn't related to the current senior Senator from LA is he? Well I'm sure it's a common name in LA.
