Kerry's plans would have been no more effective that the NO mayor's evacuation plans were. Typical liberals, they believe form is more important than function, posturing is more important than action, and most of all, lying is better than telling teh truth.

Not only was the earthquake Bush's fault, so was the extinction of the dinosaurs. Everyone knows it was George W. Bush went back in time and, with the help of Karl Rove, diverted at asteroid so it would hit the Earth. He knew the dinosaurs would all die and turn into oil, so millions of years later, Halliburton would make billions of dollars.
Laugh all you want, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if some of the mouth-breathers over at Moveon.org took this and ran with it.

According to Rush, in 1998 the federal gov. gave 2 BILLION dollars to fix up the levees. They spent only 1.2 million which is less than 1/2 of one per cent on the levee. The rest was spent on pet projects. They also never bothered to raise matching grants for about 65 percent of the 2 billion.
And Hitlery's out there demanding a Congressional hearing because FEMA is now a part of Homeland Security. She doesn't mention that the Congress passed that and that SHE VOTED FOR IT.
