If those that were poor, disabled, and sick couldnt get out, it doesnt mean they were irresponsible. Some were I am sure. Some people who were diabled, in wheelchairs, etc, died because of NOLA officials. No reason for others to be punished by making them suffer any more than they have. I mean those who truly need help. No one forces anyone to give anything, thats why its called "charity".
