There is some question whether the Bush administration was slow to respond, in a nutshell... YEESS!!

(Many 'jokes' about Bush not caring about blacks, having a good time while N.O. suffered.)

Audience response was silence to limited laughter, and an occasional smattering of 'protesting' applause.
(I laugh at some of their stuff ocassionally, but they are in the trash on this one. With all of the excellent recovery work being done by fine Americans,
they need get STFU about blaming Bush for Louisiana's administraional failure.) IMHO
