We definitely have the Radio talk shows and the internet, the great Free Republic:) However we are way behind on TV and print publications (newspapers, magazines). I always wonder why not one or few conservative billionaires decide to establish a conservative cable news network. This conservative cable news network will be successful beyond belief because at least 70% of people who watch cable news constantly are either conservatives or lean conservative. TV is an important field we need to make progress on, newspapers do not worry me as much because they are dying.
PS: We cannot count on Foxnews to be a conservative network, not what so ever.

PS: We cannot count on Foxnews to be a conservative network, not what so ever. You got that right. I don't trust them, they ARE a part of the "MSM", they just happen to be a bit conservative COMPARED to CNNetal. FOX is just a smidge above tabloid journalism, and that can quickly decline into left-wing type mud slinging.

I know. I guess what I want is a conservative alternative to Fox. I get so fed up with them. But the conservative alternative would have to have the babes, right?
I DO wish Fox would come out with a nightly network news program with Brit Hume as the anchor, basically just go nationwide network with the existing show. The nets are reeling so badly right now that it would be a dagger through their hearts. I don't understand why Murdoch doesn't pull the trigger.

I always wonder why not one or a few conservative billionaires decide to establish a conservative cable news network. Slate Editor at Large Jack Shafer has Sept. 4 article linked on Drudge Report: News You Can Lose. It summarizes present news coverage shortcomings.
Jim - FR has evolved over the years. Are there any dreams or planning to offer a FR cable news alternative to cable/MSM entertainment/news?
