Judge Chertoff is smarter than you could ever even imagine being.
Who are you to judge what he is doing and how he is doing it?
It is not Chertoff's job to know each and ever person who needs to be helped, those people are called RECUERS and FIRST RESPONDERS.

At least I can see the logic of the Dems going after Sec. Chertoff (don't like it, but can understand it). Hillary probably has it out for him. I have been a fan of his since his days as Special Counsel for the Senate Whitewater Committee. You could almost see the witnesses shaking when he was questioning them.
