Well, it was quicker than the mayor managed BEFORE the storm, when all the roads were still intact.
Oops--segregated. The English major in me HATES misspelled words. Allott!
Thanks for the great visuals.

This thread is just amazing. Thank you for all of your efforts.
I've wondered what happened to the man and his horse since I first saw their pictures. I have 4 myself and cannot imagine not loading them all in our trailer and getting the heck out of Dodge.
Thank you. I am very proud of her. I remember the sections when I was in school. But my daughter didn't have a lot of that in high school, especially after September 11. When that evil came to our shores, I believe it changed young people more than it changed us. I am thankful that an attempt to break our will only fortified the spirit and national pride of our children.
(I know I wax poetic. Forgive me, I'm a life-long writer in my spare time)
Why are the majority of these poor, underprivledged people - fat?
No, make that, obese?
Bump!
Excellent work -- thank you.
Let's hope that lots of kids in her generation see the world as she does. I have confidence in her generation - they have seen a lot.
Just about ready to dash out the door and get to work. Just jumped online momentarily to check latest responses and saw yours. Thank you for your post in the midst of everything you're going through right now. If I can be of any help to you, please FReemail me.

Thank you for the clarification. I was running extremely slow when I posted. I grabbed the first url I came to. Thirty minutes later I had no connection at all. (Cable company was doing updates at 2am)
Wow! BTTT
thanks for the work.
That's very kind. Thanks.
We're blessed to have a large family here in Tennessee. We're moving into a house today, provided by a sister of a cousin by marriage. It's a three bedroom house, fully stocked, sitting empty, that they offered to us.
My family members have reached out to us and we've had a roof over our heads and three hot meals a day. Our family members and pets are safe and from what we can tell, our property damage is going to be mild to moderate, so all is well. The insurance will take care of the damage and life will return to normal in a few months.
Thanks again.
I couldn't agree more. I truly see her generation doing good things for this country. Especially with Free Republic, Heritage Foundation, Rush, Powerline, FIRE, and many others providing a foundation of truth to light their path.
BTW--I was talking about college SUs--didn't even know there were HS ones :)!.
Thank you so much for all your arduous work and huge contribution. Just WOW.
Bump To The Top. Again and again.
