If Schwarzenegger has three brain cells to rub together, he will veto this the right way, reversing his drastic collapse in public polls and paving the way to some chance of success in this fall's referenda and next year's election.

It failed once and passed by one vote this time.

He should've announced that he'd veto it the first time it was brought up, especially if the voters rejected it in a statewide referendum.

Good to see the CA legislature taking up issues that truly effect the lives of millions of Californians. Now on to legislating nacho cheese with jalapenos.
