I'm just glad that President Bush is the one heading it up. Apparently, he lost trust after what happened with the 9/11 Commission.

Pres. Bush seems very resolved about this. After the immediate rescue and recovery, it'll be full steam ahead on federal investigation. I have a feeling the president already knows what is going on and has been going on and that it is just a matter of exposing it, getting it recorded for all time, and making sure LA gets cleaned up. When people were referring to LA looking like a third world, I think you can say it is the politics that is third world.

The "refugees/evacuees" got caught in the crossfire between deeply entrenched political corruption and a badass hurricane....

Rush talked about this investigation today -- it's going to be VERY interesting. I think President Bush is very angry at the incompetence. And what's so amazing to me about him is that he is still gracious to the incompetent politicians, doesn't point fingers and get defenses, but gets the job done.

And then like all good CEOs he says, "What went wrong? What can we do right and better next time? And let's cut the BS and do it!"

That's what Sam Walton always did and look at his success. He was always saying: "What can we do better?"

And you have Walmart - one of the most successful and hated and envied (by the Left) businesses in America.
