Ah, well, most people haven't seen it. And the one major job Bozo Brown ever held was the horse commisionar job. Strangely enough, it's the one thing that isn't on his FEMA bio page.

You're suggesting all those jobs he left, dithering only a few years in each, before he finally settled on the horse commissioner thing (from which he was forced out) somehow constitutes a highly qualified candidate?

Why put the horse czar job on his FEMA bio? It's not relevant. (It also doesn't disqualify him from this job.) And (yet again) his bio shows that he was, is and always will be more qualified than you or me for FEMA Director.
