Okay, I said before I wasn't going to rspond to you, but here I go. What best management practice actually promotes "Must be willing to break the law as well as do things that are not in his scope of authority "?

After WWII, there were SS death squads that terrorized the allie effort to restore electricity , etc.

These Wolf Squad members were summarily executed when found contrary to all "laws" but the plan worked and Germany became a democratic leader in the world in very short order.



I think the Texas Gov was ready to send aid directly to NO and someone said that they were still awaiting instructions - and he said " Were going now and they can sue us if they want later"
