When did they arrive at the convention center (not the Superdome, cause they had food and water there, even if an inadequate supply)? Answer: Tuesday or Wednesday. So you are either saying that FEMA should have feed them before they reached the Convention Center, or you have a different timeline for their arrival there. So, which is it?
