Seems like the NOPD are not quite clear on what the Vice Squad is actually supposed to do.
New Orleans has always had a reputation of being a corrupt city.I watched a documentary on A&E a few years ago that was based on the widespread corruption of the police department.The pay for a New Orleans policemen was $10 an hour and believe me they got what they paid for.The department was as dirty as they come.From the looks of things the city never had much luck cleaning up it act but who would expect anything else from a mayor like the current one.
