In effect the teen will probably serve two years of juvenile probation and may have the case dismissed completely if he completes the probation. Time off for good behaviour, that is...if he promises not to beat up any more unborn babies.

These two kids both belong in a mental hospital.

The abortion doctors do it quickly, efficiently, and in most cases painlessly. This messed up kid, with the full cooperation of his equally messed up pregnant girlfriend, beat and kicked the fetus over a period of 2 weeks before finally getting the result he wanted.

"We still think there was no crime committed here.” The pro-abortion political aspect was certainly in play as Massie feared that the case could be used to "give reproductive rights a big push backwards." Anybody willing to bet this lawyer did this Pro bono.
I guess these kids couldn’t afford the $300 for the abortion.

Miranda Massie said: "We still think there was no crime committed here." If the girl had not been pregnant, and had been beaten with a baseball bat by her boyfriend, and had sustained injuries - the guy would undoubtedly be going to jail.
But, since the girl was pregnant, and was beaten with a baseball bat by her boyfriend, and their unborn child died - the guy is not going to jail, since the battery was with the girl's consent and was for the express purpose of killing the baby.
I get it. Assault and battery is only permissible if you are trying to get rid of your unborn child.
