Nope I had not. I think most likely that these Emergency Planning commitees are required by State Law. Have you found out if they are?
I've got to step out for a bit and pick up my children from school. But...I am getting so dizzy with all of the committees and boards that seem to be set up in LA regarding emergency preparedness. Not only that, many links to the names posted above do not work or are not updated by at least a year.
