The age of this poor child is the same as one of the 2 child rapes that is alleged to have taken place at the hell dome. One child was allegedly raped and killed, the other raped. Sickening. The authorities should have seen it coming but they didn't think the hurricane would hit them either. Fools. Inept fools, the local and state officials.
Well, at least other municipalities and states will learn from this mess. Mass evacuations to public arenas will bring together killers, molesters, looters, gang bangers, and criminal miscreants from all walks of life. All such arenas need a bevy of armed guards with orders to shoot to kill.
And all shelters SHOULD accept and prepare for pets for crying out loud!

Its absolutely amazing how primitive some in our society can be despite the trillions of dollars showered upon them out of guilt.
The sick and elderly aside, I have never seen such a bunch of able bodied men be totally useless and in fact deterimental to the safety of others. To think many were drowning, while some thought it more important to loot plasma tv's is just telling.
The body was found in the Convention Center, so it very well may not be the same person, since the rape of the 7 year old took place in the Superdome.
