You're wasting your time. Freepers can be painfully gullible about MSM stories, as long as those stories seem to confirm what they want to believe. A lot of people are mainly here looking for an excuse to sit in judgement on other people. I've seen it over and over.
Six months from now, when there's been time to digest all the data, it will more than likely come out that there WERE rapes, murders, and robberies, but not as many as the more lurid stories would suggest. But by that time there will be something else, somewhere else, for people to be smugly outraged over.

Yeh and the Lt. Col. of the Texas National Guard who I heard interviewed on WOAI (1200/San Antonio) yesterday was just lying when he said his troops were in many firefights from the very first. They were some of the first NG troops in. The Texas MP's were paired with a unit from Arkansas. He spoke of having to "engage" people who were "engaging" the Guard troops. I suspect the troops mostly got the better end of those deals, but still, they were shot at, and not infrequently.
The interveiw was via Sat Phone, which cut off before the interview was complete. They were going to try to have more on today's show. That was about 6-7 PM CDT yesterday.
