Well, Witt is Nancy Pelosi's pick, (surprise, surprise), one can almost see the strings attached to Pelosi.
I don't think that woman has had a worthwhile original thought in her head...EVER!!!
She goes on national TV yesterday, talking about an exchange between she and President Bush, which is a NO-NO...and then, according to Scott McClellan, she didn't exactly quote things correctly...
Now, she is refusing to participate in the congressional investigation...

Well... getting mad as a wet hen -- all over again -- listening to the J.Scarborough rerun. NOW it's Bush's fault because he was on vacation for six weeks.
Wasn't everyone in Washington on vacation for six weeks?
Personally, I would be happy if they all limited the time they take off each year, but then I'd be happy not to pay a salary for a year while someone is campaiging.
Now, I saw the tail end of something on Paula Zahn with the Police Chief. I'm not a fan of her show so only caught the end because of a picture they put on the screen of the dead bodies in a Nursing Home.
If I understood the conversation: People in at least one of the nursing homes was victimized by the roving gangs -- sort of like the people in the school the Baltimore Sun talked about last Friday -- and were killed in their wheelchairs by the gangs and didn't die because of the storm.
Does anyone have information about this?
