La's finest. I have yet to see the FIRST Mississippi person ask for anything. I wish to God we could be allowed to take care of our own.
We have the SAME number of policemen, the SAME number of postal workers, the SAME number of gasoline stations, the SAME number of restaurants, the SAME number of grocery stores, and the SAME number of volunteers, and DOUBLE the population, and TRIPLE the crime rate.
