I guess the things that were supposed to have been destroyed, will be destroyed anyway... Give them away.

But, this was an illegal act. Those items are no different than counterfeit money, to the patent/copyright owner... That is why they were seized.

I guess its no different than a cop running 80 in the 65 zone. He has the "right" to do anything he pleases. Who's gonna stop him?

The Salvation Army needs more of our help, on a different thought! they are spending all the money directly on the victims...

Well if you didn't have clothes, or sheets or whatever, these items will be better than nothing. They aren't paying for them just using available resources to meet an immediate need.
