I didn't hear most of the show. I didn't pick that up on the part I heard. But I have a sick kid today and wasn't listening closely today.
Laura had her "school teacher" attitude today that means that SHE knows what is best...
and she was not happy with President Bush...sigh.
Joe Allbaugh tried to tell her that Congress played a HUGH part, by constructing the Homeland Security Department into a beaurocracy that isn't workable in disaster situations...
she still wanted it to be on Bush more than Congress, which, IMO is disappointing...she is smarter than that.
