I'd like to line the Bush bashers up present them with the facts and the timeline and find out what they would have done differently. No rhetoric, no spin. Just a direct answer. Chances are none of them have a clue.

To be very honest about, it's the traitors who make me the maddest these days. And I'm keeping track of who they are.

So true. We expect it from the rats but it really makes me angry to see the others jumping on the Bush bashing wagon. I'm taking notes as well and have already started tuning them out. By yesterday I totally had it and watched very little TV. Couldn't listen to Savage, couldn't watch O'Reilly or Greta and wrote off CNN and MSNBC as early as Sunday.

Considering almost half the force probably QUIT, right in the middle of doing their jobs...I imagine that those that did stay and work, and not loot...

DO deserve a break...BUT, it darn sure isn't anyone else's fault other than the ones that quit...and the mayor for not evacuating all of the people before the storm, so the police wouldn't have been so "put upon"...

I do want to tell everyone, there are already New Orleans policemen here in Atlanta on a free, 5 day R & R. When the Mayor talked to Katie Curok this morning on TODAY Show, he said these policemen are being given a choice of going to either Atlanta or Las Vegas. He said they deserve this after all they've been through. He said they will receive counseling while here

Do the ones who abandoned their posts or just joined in the looting get vacations, or is it limited to the ones who stayed on the job during the past week?

It's a very very good point Rush made that needs to be spread all over. Funny it won't be mentioned on the network evening news, or cnn, but frankly, does its absence there not add credibility to the point? On the national level, FEMA reacted quicker before it was folded in under the authority of the Department of Homeland Security. Well, thank the 9-11 Commission for that. That was one of their recommendations. And every Democrat in the country was demanding that President Bush execute EVERY ONE of the 9-11 Commissions recommendations. And that’s one he followed, and now, it’s proven to demonstrate the most striking example yet that bigger government does not work, and big government is the sacred golden calf of the Democrat party. Their big gvernment idol has now served to kill thousands of their democrat constituants in New Orleans.

Savage has been pathetic lately. I usually listen and just don't take him seriously but I had to turn him off last night.

Okay...I have to admit that I made the mistake of listening to the first 5 minutes of O'REilly's radio show...

He started out just as WRONG..as he has been since the hurricane..

HE said that the Governor of Louisiana CALLED Bush to get help before the hurricane..and that it was the STATES job to provide buses for evacuation, not the mayors...and that the MAYOR did a GOOD JOB of telling the people IN PLENTY OF TIME on Sunday to evacuate!!!

Can you guys beleive this crapola that O'Reilly is spewing???

I was VERY disappointed in the Talking Points Memo last night. Shame on O'Reilly, he's furthering the left spin.

Without us they don't have ratings. We have to make a concerted effort to tune out the traitors.
