There goes Megan's law.

Convicted Sex Offender registries do not make a lot of sense to me. Such registries are an acknowledgement that individuals on the list are a danger to society. I say if they are a danger to society never release them back into society. This guy in Washington did what the justice system should have done.

Agreed. It's like having a Serial Killer Registry. I'm just sorry he turned himself in.

Exactly. So why do level three offenders ever get back on the street? Surely parole boards are not releasing them before their sentences are up? Surely judges are not giving them light sentences? Whats up? Not enough prisons?
