I've been away for several years, lurking on and off. What's been happening this past week was enough to make me resurface, and I just had to get this out, if only to keep from having a stroke.

I'm sorry, as another freeper once said, this is pure tin-foil hattery.

No doubt Blanco & Nagin have seized on Bush, FEMA, etc. to obscure their own criminal negligence; no doubt if a single sparrow falls from a tree the media says: It's Bush's fault.

But I no more believe that Blanco and Nagin decided to "sacrifice" the people of their city and state to score points against Bush than I believe that things went badly because"Bush doesn't care about black people"
