To: All
I just returned from the Mississippi coast yesterday. I went down this weekend to give my sister my car so she can get to work eventually. I ran into my high school vice principal who is a black southern gentleman. This man held my hand and hugged my mother and cried when he found out my family was safe, and we are some serious crackers.
I don't know what I am trying to say, I just know that reality is not on the television. Thanks to everyone that is helping. The relief effort and charity is truly breath taking.
