I say give the shaft to the specualtors.... --- Preach it! Speculation is fine. I dont care if you do it.. but when they are ruining the economy like they are by speculating on emergency oil supply like the past three years, it is different. This is one time I hope congress embarrasses their fannies and rakes them over the coals.
