For the life of me, I just cannot understand why every single "official" in the state of Louisiana came out of the shute blaming Bush, practically before any of the really bad news came out.
Unless they knew that the really bad stuff was coming earlir than that admitted that and didn't tell people in time.
Whatever it is, they are really hiding something. Something big, IMO, is all that would explain the vitrol from people who have been through hurricanes before and know how long aid takes.
