Bill Clinton was responding to a reporter's question about the levy situation and he said something to the effect he did address that issue at the end of his term and didn't know what happened after that. It seemed like a slam at President Bush to me. The statement also seemed to take Bush #1 by surprise.
I saw that too...it was definitely a slam on the President. HEY CLINTON STFU!!!!
