I was not familiar with the word "acculturated" but according to my dictionary it means ]: to CHANGE through acculturation. We are going to CHANGE all those LA democrats into Texas Republicans.

I am not terribly hopeful of that happening but who knows, maybe a few.

That's because you need to familiarize yourself with the appropriate term - enculturation.
Jackson is such a moron he not only used the incorrect word, but brought attention to the reverse use of the word.
