Especially since we all KNOW that it was actually Karl Rove and his weather machine...
Don't forget the time machine that Rove had the DoD create...hence Bush is responsible for every major weather disaster in recorded time.
Karl Rove may be the mastermind but I'm pretty sure he sold the designs of the weather machine to Halliburton so that all the oil execs could have one years ago.
