I read one yesterday that is blaming it on Bush and H.A.A.R.P. They claim that H.A.A.R.P. can control the weather and that they sent Katrina into N.O. to kill off some of the nations poor to show the world the power they have. LOL Those wackos are so lost, it's pitiful.
