You don't understand - those were school buses - I saw one person complaining yesterday that some of those evacuated to Texas had to travel in school buses which was quite demeaning to them and sized for school children and thus terribly uncomfortable for a drive of such distance. (seriously, right after Anderson Cooper said he couldn't believe a phone company didn't immediately start dropping satellite phones from the sky so people there could make free phone calls).
