If you notice, her response was disgust that they are not being taken seriously. The LA officials will never stop phrasing their sentences in accusatory terms against the administration.

But it was public knowledge announced a few days ago!
If they are so out of touch with the President's arrival I shudder how they can manage ANYTHING at all - much less a crisis of this magnitude.

the governor did not learn about the Bush visit until early Monday morning.Well, that confirms it; she's completely clueless and out of the loop.
This visit was announced late Friday.
