The only thing the President or FEMA could be accused of screwing up on, is assuming local and state officials that live below sea level and have a cat. 5 hurricane coming at it, would have followed their own plan to save it's people. I just wonder how long it takes the NYT to actually accuse the federal government for this, once everything else has been debunked.
Trust me, I know what it is like to assume that others around you are as competent in their jobs as they as supposed to be.
Unfortunately I am mostly dissappointed.
