At the end of the day do you think that Mayor Nagin was hired because of his leadership abilities or because of the color of his skin.

He was elected through the second-most corrupt political system in America which means something else entirely and is unrelated to either his abilities or race but rather his ability to serve the Democratic Party of Louisiana.
