By all accounts she's a nice person. Mark Levin said on Hannity yesterday that her and her family socialize with Scalia and his family.
It was an amazing and wonderful tribute to Chief Rehnquist, Judge Ginsburg demonstrated grace and nobility, so much more than Souter, despite him being described by Oyez as "a man of unusual and peculiar sensibilities". I guess he lost the ability of being sensible at the death of a coworker, hence his deafening silence.
