Funny to me---the refugees that i talked to today---were all wanting to go to church---they said they "needed" that right now,,,,
I was clobbered by a FReeper for including nice dresses in the clothing shipment - it would be impractical, I was told. Of course, I pointed out there are many, many proud Louisiana church going women who likely miss their Sunday dresses.
And it has been mentioned several times that one of the most requested items in the evacuation centers are Bibles.
