um, something else that may not be public knowledge, at least outside the state of tx is that Houston cops are notorious for shooting first and asking questions later,,, some of those gang punks better not start their junk here,,
I do believe they have run most of the names through wants and warrants when they arrived to the shelters... But isnt downtown Houston a little sketchy?
