Did he actually read the "warning" letter?
he is putting it up again. I am not sure that this is the 2005 "you are on your own" letter. its something from 2002.
Was the warning letter the one that said people would have to find a way out of town and you're on your own (or words to that effect)?
Anyway, I didn't hear Sean read that letter -- just stuff from the newspaper warnings about how the city had no plans to get the homeless and poor out of the city and it wasn't a matter of if but when.
