I read there were only about two dozen people who showed up for the Decadence Parade. If that's true, then that picture is a bit of misleading photojournalism. My first thought was that there are a lot of people who are off their meds down there...

why are there tourists in New Orleans right now? I thought the city was being evacuated and sealed off to anyone except rescue workers.
