WWL is actually quoting Tammany Parish official that kids should be home schooled rather than enrolled outside their home district. Home schooled in what? A mold infested home?
St. Tammany is on the Northshore of New Orleans. They didn't have as much damage as other parishes. They are the best school district in the state...
