Where are you getting info on what WV is doing? I have a man who wants "a family".
On WAJR (1440 AM - Morgantown) they were reporting that some of the refugees were staying at Camp Dawson, in Preston County; apparently they went through Charleston first, so I assume more are staying elsewhere in the state.
