Why does Blanco keep talkin bout prayers and church communities reaching out? I thought the dems wanted the seperation of church and state... Whats going on that I'm missing???

Nothing new about this Crawdad; I saw that on Day 1. (A week ago Sunday for me.) Then on Tues. early AM (@6:15) an aid mentioned to her that they needed more help. Get this. She actually said--and this is close to verbatim---"Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me; I need to call in the military. I was going to do that but I forgot. Thanks for reminding me."
I was dumbstruck but I know I heard her say exactly that. It was WWL I believe.
