but realistically, DoD can't do EVERYTHING. we ask them to fight wars all over the world, conduct major parts of homeland defense, and now emergency management activities too?
and if we did have DoD running this, if a natural disaster like this happened again, the left and the media would be trashing DoD. you can't satisfy these people.
You cannot treat the MSM's Bash Bush efforts as genuine. They know exactly how long it takes for hurricane relief to get into the damaged areas.
What you are seeing is a deliberate effort to push their agendas during a known in advance time frame window.
Logic won't talk them out of this, they planned to lie to us in advance.
Like I posted before, I welcome any and all ideas how we can stay within the bounds of the rule of law and still make them pay for what they have done.

No one remembers it took a while to mobilize help from around the nation after 9/11 because there was such strong leadership from Rudi and Bernie and their communication with the President was so close that no one seemed to ask where are the Feds?
Also didn't have to deal with all the racism crud because so many upper middle class black and whites were killed instead of poor blacks and whites. All of a sudden if they are poor then it's the Fed's fault.
