Forbes is in the beltway, believes the MSM (of which FOX is a part). People in that sector aren't all bowing to the pressure of the MSM, some of them honestly believe this junk because the MSM is god's priest and 'washington conventional wisdom' is their sermon.
Forbes also thinks because he is rich he knows better than Bush...how many times has he flamed out of the Presidential race?

There's NO WAY the average (thinking) American is going to blame any of this on the President, even with the pressure of the media (whom nobody trusts).
